Started mid morning when sea looked flat but was horrible chop, must be sandbanks moving around disturbing the current. After high tide the sea was much nicer. Wind was a bit up for 15 mins then down for 15 mins. etc. all day. Enjoyed the session and ended with some nice runs so packed up on a winning streak
